- Which page you were on.
- Your browser and whether you were on a phone or a computer.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Before you write about a lost count
Counts are stored only in your own browser, so we have no copy and cannot restore one. Check that you are on the same device, in the same browser, not in private browsing, and that browsing data was not cleared.
