A people counter tells you how many came through the door. This one is two counters, In and Out, so you can hold both numbers at once and read the difference at a glance — how many are still in the room right now.
It runs on the phone already in your pocket, which is the difference between this and a retail people counter bolted above a doorway. There is nothing to fit, nothing to calibrate and nothing to pay for, and the numbers stay on your device.

Frequently asked questions
How do I count people in and out?
Press + on the In counter for each person entering and + on Out for each one leaving. Both totals are kept separately, so the difference is how many are still inside.
Does it need any hardware?
None. A digital people counter usually means a sensor over a doorway, wiring and a bill. This runs in a browser on a phone or laptop you already own.
Can it warn me when a room is full?
Yes. Open Settings and set a number to stop at. The counter refuses to go past it and announces that the limit is reached, which is useful for a capacity check.
Is the count saved if my phone locks?
Yes. It is written into the browser as you go, so locking the phone, closing the tab or handing over to the next person on shift will not lose the number.
Can two people count at the same time?
Each device keeps its own count, because nothing is sent to a server. Two people on two doors will each have their own number, and you add them up at the end — or export both as CSV.
Can I use it as a people counter clicker?
That is exactly what it is. It replaces the metal clicker a doorman carries, with the advantage that it holds two numbers and can undo a mis-tap.
Is there a people counter app to install?
No. There is no people counter app to download and no account. Add it to your home screen if you want it to open full-screen at the door.
Can I keep a record of each day?
Yes. The 30-day chart shows how many you counted each day, and Export CSV gives you a spreadsheet with a row per day and a column per counter.
